About us and our team

About e Tree Service

A fully insured tree service team built around safety, clear communication, careful work and a clean property when the job is done.

What We Do

e Tree Service handles tree work for homeowners, business owners and property managers in communities throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas. Our work covers tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, tree condition assessments, storm cleanup, small land and lot clearing and rough grading, along with 24/7 emergency tree service when something cannot wait.

Most calls start with a question rather than a work order. A limb looks wrong. A tree has started to lean. A storm left a mess across the backyard. Our job is to look at the situation honestly and recommend the work that actually solves the problem, whether that is a removal, a careful trim or simply keeping an eye on the tree for another season.

Fully Insured

e Tree Service is fully insured. Tree work carries real risk, and you should never have to wonder who is responsible if something goes wrong on your property. Homeowners and property managers are welcome to ask for proof of coverage before work begins.

How We Approach Every Job

We start by walking the property. The tree itself is only part of the picture. We also look at what is around it: the house, the fence line, the driveway, the septic field, the neighbor's shed, overhead lines, garden beds and the path we will need for equipment and debris. Those details decide how the tree comes down or gets trimmed, and they are the reason two trees of the same size can be very different jobs.

Once we understand the site, we explain what we recommend and why. You get a clear scope, including what cleanup is included and whether stump grinding is part of the job, before any work begins. If something about the plan changes once we are on site, we talk to you first.

During the work, protecting the property comes first. Near homes and structures that often means taking a tree down in sections and lowering pieces with rigging instead of dropping them. On lawns, it means paying attention to where equipment travels. When we finish, we clean up the work area so the yard or lot is ready to use again.

Residential and Commercial Work

For homeowners, tree work usually happens a few feet from the place they live, and we treat it that way. We communicate about timing, keep the work area organized and respect lawns, fences and landscaping. You can read more on our residential tree service page.

For commercial properties, the priorities shift toward safety around customers and tenants, access to parking and entrances, and scheduling that keeps the business running. We work with owners and property managers to plan the job around those needs. More detail is on our commercial tree service page.

When Emergencies Happen

Storms do not wait for business hours, and neither do trees that land on roofs or block the only way out of a driveway. Our emergency line is available 24/7 at (919) 290-3020. In an emergency our first goal is to make the situation safe. Full cleanup can follow once the immediate hazard is handled.

Where We Work

We serve Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Pittsboro, Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill and Durham, along with Angier, Clayton, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Willow Spring, Youngsville and Zebulon. See every community on our service areas page.

Safety Comes First on Every Job

Tree work is some of the most dangerous work around a home or business. Tall trees, dead wood, chainsaws and heavy equipment leave no room for shortcuts, so safety is built into how we plan and do every job, not added at the end.

Protective gear on every job

Our crews work in helmets and high-visibility clothing along with the protective equipment each task calls for, from chainsaw work to stump grinding.

A plan before the first cut

We walk the site, look for hazards such as dead wood, decay, power lines and buried utilities, and decide how every part of the tree will come down before work begins.

Controlled rigging near structures

When a tree stands near a house, fence or other trees, limbs and trunk sections are lowered on ropes under control instead of being dropped.

Clear work zones and full insurance

We keep people, pets and vehicles out of the work area while we are cutting, and e Tree Service is fully insured for the work we do on your property.
